The Resilience Workshop was part of Lloyds Banking Group’s “Our Plan” initiative. Sun and Moon were tasked with delivering a workshop in 2017, to help support staff through a period of restructuring and significant change, giving them the tools to manage their stress and foster better collaboration with colleagues. The workshop provided a basis for their personal development beyond the classroom training by providing a comprehensive workbook and detailed explanations for each element of the Resilience Model.
